I did service oil after I reset service with TOAF and programmed to 10,000km (6214 miles) service interval is always in the 10,000 km and will not retract.
What I have done wrong? (shrug)

Are you trying to set a service interval of less than 10,000 kilometres ??

Go into ipk on toaf , then change the distance oil change or service .
Myself I have set them to every 10'000 miles you will need to convert to km as toaf Is set up in Km not miles,
