How to remove the side repeater

Unread postby baconbuttyman » Wed Jun 24, 2015 6:57 pm

I was asked on FB how to remove the side repeater, ok i know it's not technical but if you dont know how to do it then it's hard lol.
you do need a flat blade screw driver or trim tool, if using screw driver it's prudent to wrap the blade in insulation tape to avoid damaging the car.
Any way, the repeater is held it by a lip the goes on either side of one end of the repeater, on the other end is a clip, i have found it easier to pry it at the end nearest the door, push the blade in and diagonally toward the fitment. while flipping it out wards when the blade is in.

It should pop out easily and it does go in easier than it came out lol
