David, i have changed the title to be more specific to your inquirey, may have more of a chance of getting an answer, Rover54 may be along soon, he may have come across them in the past ;)

Hi, Wilcox k series engines have been making allsorts of racing spec conversions for a long time apparently. They say they have fitted k series in lotus Elise and an aerial atom. Also in alot of track day cars. They are based in leister and they can deliver already built/run in ready to go block conversions to anywhere in the world

Would be interesting to see what they have regarding head gaskets, there is a racing gasket that is recommended above the MLS gasket in many situations
