Welcome. Nice looking Mini you have there. Never owned one myself but my Sis had a couple when she first passed her test in the 90s. I think they were Leyland era minis from what I remember (must try and dig out some photos)..

Nah, first time, I was banned for telling the truth - and the truth hurt. ;)

Second time, I was banned because someone (I know who you are . . . ) 'outed me'

Third time, I was banned because they twigged it was me

Fourth time . . . well I haven't actually been banned a fourth time . . . yet . . .

Used to own a Red with Black roof 1968 998 Austin Cooper many years ago, best car I ever drove without a doubt for driving experience, beat the c**p out of modern cars as far as fun is concerned, always seemed to go twice as fast as it was & nearly impossible to turn over. Had a 1959 Morris mini van as my first car which was rubbish. Wish I still had the Cooper, great fun.

I was watching a program about money, cant remember what it was or where it was, but the expert on the show stated that one of the safest investments financially is classic cars, they will hardly ever bottom out and would always recover quickly, so invest in classics are a good idea (mgrclub) (mgrclub)

I've had more of those mini engines apart than I've had hot dinners.
