Rover Turbo

Unread postby TurbDave » Tue Aug 01, 2017 3:11 pm

I have a Rover 620 ti
It was an sli until I fitted T16
It wad running well!!! But now the turbo is not pressuring.
I was told it might be the waste gate?? There is a pipe from that goes to a 3 way solenoid. One pipe goes to under the throttle and third to air filter. Is tjis correct? What does it do and how does it work??
Thanks turboDave any suggestions??

We still have boxes everywhere. To the right of me I have a dozen boxes. We have a caravan in the garden half full of all types of things. My wife has a LARGE number of boxes marked---Glass with care----in a concrete garden shed.
To the left of me I have 19 flat packs of kitchen furniture and three worktops all waiting to be assembled and installed when I get a minute.---

Young Mick and I have a birthday on the 13th this month.

He is young and fit--   Whereas I'm old ( 80 ) and decrepit.-- :-o --or so my wife tells me.--- (hehethwump)
