It's time for Jenny to go through her MOT tomorrow, will be doing some checks today, i dont expect her to pass due to her age but that's not really an issue as the old MOT is not up til 3/12
Dont know what it will fail on but there' s always some thing lol [standard smileys/smiley-signs065

Hello

Perhaps this is not the time to mention that with the system used these days, The day of the test is the day on the computer! The outstanding days don't count [standard smileys/taz

If a Police officer picks up your number on the "Automatic Number Plate Recognition" camera, it will show as "No MOT!" I only found out when my Motorcycle failed (Because there was a crack in the rubber seal on the fuel cap) and I said to the tester "Oh well I've got ten days before the ticket runs out!" he then explained that if it had passed the original date applied but a fail is on the day of test! (waaaaaah)

Sorry to bring bad news.

David.

PS. if somebody knows better can I ask them to post it in a new post, as i think it applies to all of us!

Was it just on the advisory? If there isn't excessive wear then that would still count as a pass but your advised to fix/replace to ensure it does not become a problem in the future (Such as failure at next MOT time or excessive wear in the meantime).

As for the parts, yes, those are what you need :)

The ZR's is a week after my birthday, already know there is an issue brewing around the driveshaft...

It's going to be an expensive February me thinks...
